The Story of God's Invasion Into a Broken World

Join us for worship this Fall at 8:30 or 11:00 as we get into the biggest message series of the year.

You will never look at the Bible the same way once you see how everything connects together.

From Eden to Eternity: God's Plan Has Always Been to Dwell With Us

The Bible begins in a garden.  Humanity was created to live in the presence of God, surrounded by life, beauty, abundance, and perfect fellowship with its Creator. But sin shattered that relationship. Adam and Eve were driven from Eden, and humanity lost access to the place where heaven and earth seemed to meet.

But God never abandoned His original intention.

The Road Back to Eden traces this remarkable story from Genesis to Revelation and reveals that the Bible is not simply a collection of disconnected stories. It is one unfolding story of a God determined to dwell with His people—and the extraordinary lengths He goes to bring them home.

Week 1 — God’s Original Intent

Paradise Lost
God creates Eden as a place where humanity can live in His presence, but sin leads to exile and separation from the garden.

Week 2 — Noah

The Covenant Begins
After the flood, God makes a covenant with Noah, preserving humanity and the world in which His larger plan of restoration will unfold.

Week 3 — Abraham

A Covenant Signed
God enters into a remarkable covenant ceremony with Abraham and promises descendants, land, blessing, and ultimately blessing for the nations.

Week 4 — Sinai

God’s Invasion
God forms Israel as His covenant people and provides the tabernacle—a holy place where His presence can once again dwell in the midst of humanity.

Week 5 — David

The Invasion Headquarters
God establishes David’s kingdom, chooses Jerusalem, and ultimately places His presence in the temple as the visible center of His rule among His people.

Week 6 — Jesus

The King Arrives
Jesus fulfills the promises and expectations of the earlier covenants, brings the presence of God directly into the world, and establishes the New Covenant.

Week 7 — Eden Restored

God’s Final Intent
Revelation describes the New Jerusalem using striking echoes of Eden—the river of life, the tree of life, the end of the curse, and God dwelling with humanity again.

Week 8 — Heaven

The Kingdom Comes Home
The series concludes by asking what the entire biblical story teaches us about heaven, resurrection, renewed creation, and humanity’s eternal life in the presence of God.
